Develop a decarbonization plan for buildings managed by the municipality of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Mitsidi Performance

Evaluation of financing mechanisms, a roadmap of actions, and an implementation plan. Guides and other support materials were also developed to train stakeholders, such as building managers.

Results

  • Assessment of the legal and financial landscape to develop the roadmap;

  • Preparation of guides for building managers;

  • Assessment of the impact of decarbonization actions on the building portfolio;

  • Construction of the roadmap of necessary actions.
